As a senior board member, Ariel has been instrumental in outlining company strategies and ensuring alignment across corporate group structures. With a background in managing financial operations at a global level, Ariel brings expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, tax planning, legal compliance, and M&A activities. Building and planning the group’s corporate structure in accordance with the provisions of the relevant tax laws.
Ariel is a certified public accountant with a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from the Jerusalem College of Technology, and an MBA in Financial Management and Strategy from Tel Aviv University. Additionally, Ariel holds a prestigious certificate from the directors’ course at Reichman University.
